Anyone else getting really slow matchmaking?

Seemed alright and fairly quick when I played it last night in Ranked. But that was from about 10.30pm.

But that totally sucks. You would think that after the first one or two died, everyone else would just wait for the enemy to come or at most just scope around and watch the exits from different angles. Especially if no-one else is on comms to point out where they last saw the enemy, etc.

Some players are really good at being sneaky and aggressive hunters but not all are :/.

I feel your pain Aro, saw a lot of that in pub rooms in SOCOM as well, particularly early on :/.

Yeah, it doesn't happen all the time. I usually get rather lucky and find people who are smarter than that and will stay at the objective, but when it does happen it stands out as particularly egregious. I would have thought people would know better by now. Maybe Christmas n00bs.

Patch is apparently coming out on the 14th, but has hit the PC already so not sure it fixes everything in the land of match making and client/server connections.

I played a fare bit last week, and came to the conclusion that 4 man squads just don't work, rarely end up in a game and more often than not stuck on a loading screen mid-game.  5 works fine, as does 3,2 and 1.

That looks like sooo much fun .  Heaps of great moments there Aro, personal favourite for showmanship is where you swing in the window, shoot two bad guys and secure the hostage .

I liked the shield dude trying to shoot him, clearly couldn't handle the pressure moment... Aro has a few shots but realises he'd run out of ammo and had to reload, quickly thinks 'fuck that' whilst dogging bullets, whips out some C4, lobs it at him and blows the sucker to bits!

We played a few games with 5 attacking shield recruits for a laff, with a mix of grenades and breach charges.  Breach main entry and advance as a shield wall (3 crouched 2 standing).  Worked fine against some scrubs with no clue, not so good against C4 and a player with a clue     

We were all a bit drunk but it was hell funny watching the scrubs unloading clip after clip into the shield wall and panicking.

Just got voted out of the winning round of a match for no reason. Fucking stupid.

Yeah. I really don't understand the other thing where randoms would kill you at the start of a round and then go about the rest of the match with the rest of their friends or whatever. Then they all end up dying and it's :/

This, sadly, is the downside to no-respawn games - twits (not the only word that can be used, of course ).  Glad to hear you had more games later Aro, may both your interactions with twits be as few and far between as possible .
