Really? What games? Everything seemed to work fine for me. Can still always use that extra drive like you said. Another thing I did was get rid of RAID... I just don't need it as I have external drives for backups.

SSD had a few unwanted things installed on it as well, which is another reason for the clean install.

halo spartan assault doesn't work & the only work around applies to an 'N' version of the OS (which is rare i think).  metal gear solid ground zeroes won't work for me either, although that 'may' be an AMD issue as i've read but haven't tried workarounds which involve DLL files.  either way it still only occurs in win 10.

Ground Zeroes worked fine for me, so did Phantom Pain. I just needed to re-file things properly this time now that I know what I'm doing. It shouldn't be too much work... apart from re-modding Skyrim!

PC gaming eh? :P.  Cheap shot aside, you do have my sympathy, it's this kind of stuff that really gives me the irrates, good luck sorting :).

There's nothing wrong with PC gaming (at least in my experience) - it's done me good through the PS drought... this year has been shit. Next year though, PS4 will start to take its strides... but I'll still buy what I can on the PC.

Ground Zeroes worked flawlessly on PC for me, initially. Then a busy mouse cursor would appear every 2 minutes and breaking input completely, making it unplayable. Some people who had the same issue mucked around with 3rd party software but it was at that point that I had just had enough. Nothing would make it go away permanently. It never got fixed too. Huge reason why I just went PS4.

Cheers for the heads-up Clowny, Deus Ex is a genuine classic, great to hear it's got a bit of a spruce-up :).

Might grab a steam copy of it just to check it out. Fantastic to have great mods put out officially like that. I've used a few in the past that are included and they've been working on them for aaages.

Cheers Material Defender B).  I've played Descent 1 and 2 on PC and Playstation, and still have both the Playstation disks - given Freespace a bit of a run as well, and while it was great at what it was, Descent's still my favourite.  Will keep an eye out for this :).

Anyone want a copy of Resident Evil 5 on Steam/PC? Will gift it. I already own it and got it again with the Capcom Humble Bundle.

Anyone with any credit on Green Man Gaming(GMG), you have until November 24th to use it before its gone. They are changing the loyalty program and with it any credit from the old system will be removed. More info here.

"However, this unfortunately means we’ll be closing down the current credit programme, with plans to expire all GMG credit on November 24th, 2015."

Thanks for the heads-up All-knowing Spec B).  Not an issue for me (I get stuff through Steam, unless it's something niche or very old (in which case GoG, Matrix or Battlefrong) - too many accounts otherwise - but that's not a huge amount of notice to people that aren't following these things closely.

Yeah - although I have bought a couple of things from them I never give anyone my money to hold onto.

@ Axe - you're missing out on a lot of deals then... I rarely buy anything from Steam these days... they're still Steam keys though. Just use PayPal for everything as well - far more safer.

It's not that type of credit, it loyalty credits you might've have accrued through many ways, trading in games, getting acheinements or referrals, even long ago they gave you credit for buying games at release as a type of cash back. I'd say there would be mass backlash if it was that type of credit like steam or psn wallet.

I've gotten a few bucks from referrels and getting acheinements or playing games. Not much but did get the bioshock 2 dlc for free thanks to them.

I only have $1.26 which is really only good for things under $6 over that and it's better to use a 20% voucher since you can't use voucher and credit in conjunction with each other.

Ah - okay, I don't have any GMG credit anyway. I think I've only bought around 2 - 3 games from them.
