This is a great title that just released on steam early access which is a spiritual successor to Syndicate/Syndicate Wars. It's being made by people that were part of the original development teams. Absolute favourites of mine but they haven't aged well so they're not remaking them in that sense. More how we remember them and bringing back that atmosphere.
It will be open world with a big simulated cyberpunk city to explore and have lots of choice in terms of espionage/combat with a focus on emergent gameplay.

It's in the alpha stage but it already looks gorgeous and the money they get right now will directly go to it being a better game by the time full release comes round. Plus your supporting a local aussie development team, they're based in Brisbane!

Cheers for the info Smokey .  Might have to buy into that after the Christmas rush has settled down, deffo looks great and always a fan of supporting local devs .

I'll also add that unlike some early access games this was previously crowdfunded on kickstarter so it's not like they're going to do a runner on development, like other games that's happened on EA. They already have enough to finish development. It'll only get extended out if funds allow for more features, pledge goals that weren't met etc.
