It's on my pile of shame for ps3. Wondering whether to just get it on pc too and start again sometime. This War of Mine console content and controller support is now here which I'm happy to have.

I think I have gotten to he point were I can't play Overwatch anymore unless I'm in a group of at lest 3 and everyone is communicating. anything less and the game is unplayable. Shame really.

Yeah playing solo now for me is purely just to muck around the classes I don't use while I wait for a group to form.  I have been trying to glue a few groups together, we even had Hasan join us late last night, so our crew is slowing getting bigger.

Yeah, soloing is just terrible. The other day I had a match where I was the only person pushing the payload everyone else was scattered to the winds. (And I was a support!)

Yeah I'm not really comfortable on a mic right now and really haven't had much luck finding group things with Destiny so I'm going to give Overwatch a pass right now.

Good luck getting grouped up on Overwatch all, hope it settles into a game where most people learn to play as a team.

For me, though Hearts of Iron IV came out last night, so while I haven't played it yet, I'll definitely be playing it later today - have been looking forward to that game literally for years :D.

Hope you really enjoy Hearts of Iron! Looking forward to that and Stellaris heaps. So much Paradox goodness right now.

Crusader Kings is even coming along right now with some good changes to actually customize a game when starting one up and yet another dlc on the horizon.

Getting some solid reviews... might be time I bought one. I hear they're rather challenging to learn though.

Only played a few hours yet, but this one has a very good tutorial, and the mechanics are well set up to be 'digestible'.  There's still a bit to it, but you don't need to be on top of everything straight away.  You can always hit me up if you have any questions as well.  I haven't played enough to give a strong recommendation either way at the moment (I reckon you need to play 20 hours of a strat game before really knowing what's going on) but my first impressions are "very, very good, with the inevitable wrinkles of a game of this scope at launch".  Playing Australia in my first game, and currently trying to help defend Singapore from Japan - built us an aircraft carrier, the HMAS Captain Cook, that's doing very well.

Haha - you can name your ships I take it? Sounds awesome though - definitely long overdue for a good strategy game.

Ended up buying into Race Room. As mentioned, tried iRacing and it didn't do anything for me. Race Room wasn't apparently that good before but has had some major updates and brought it up-to-speed. So I downloaded it (it's free) - really liked it and ended up buying some things (tracks/cars etc).

Played four of the majors now - the only one I haven't touched is rFactor 2.

1. Driving - Assetto Corsa
2. Sound - Race Room
3. Online - iRacing
4. Graphics - Project Cars

Combine all the best elements from those four and you'd have one heck of a game.

Sounds like Hearts of Iron IV is the most accessible and streamlined release they've done yet then?

Actually, I'm not sure!  All the nations have default lists for new ships (Australia's second is HMAS Bligh), but I reckon there's a decent chance, will try to remember to check today.  Great to hear Race Room goes well - a racing game has to be pretty special for you to give it time :).

It's definitely very accessible (for a Paradox title), and has comfortably the best tutorial (Italy did Paradox a solid by being in a small, easy war in 1936).  It's also very robust.  I've bumped into one bug in 10 hours, which was nowhere near game breaking, which is impressive (it's more solid than Stellaris was at launch).

Bought American Truck Simulator now that the free Arizona DLC released (so the area is a bit more expansive). Thought since I've got the wheel set up most of the time, may as well get back into some truckin' again and the only reason I stopped playing Euro Truck is because I did a clean install of Windows 10.

Finished Blood & Wine. :o B)  :hearts:

Such a good game. Sad the adventure is over (for now) but definitely a game I'll be revisiting for years.

Still going along mostly with Witcher 3 and a few odd Vita games. Played through Beyond Two Souls again on PS4 as well which is a favourite of mine and really doesn't take that long which is a welcome change.

I'm enjoying Witcher 3 a lot more in NG+. It feels like it makes more sense Geralt as the veteran to start with decent equipment, potions, etc rather than an rpg weakling. Playing on the 2nd highest difficulty and I feel like like all the systems like oil bonus, potions, mutagens etc are only kicking now. Didn't really happen on my initial run.
I really love the quality of life stuff they did with the interface too, especially with the inventory. It's still pretty busy but you can get to what you want much faster now and just about everything is more readable.

Based on what you said Axe I might pick up Hearts of Iron before Stellaris when I can!
