finished hard west & the dlc tonight.  really really liked it, can't wait for a sequel as i can really see more potential in what the guys who made it have invented (i say invented as they really have brought a heap more to turn based combat games & i can see that with time the ideas they've explored in this will only grow).

A good reason to own a PC... This has just released (apparently 5 years in the making)...-- heard it's good. Only need Skyrim (not the DLC as well apparently). Total conversion mod.

Maybe have a look at some YouTube vids first to see if you like it. I've got it and I really enjoy it. Highly rated as well and you don't need a powerful PC to run it.

The Crew will be the next game in Ubisofts30 from Septmeber 15th. Surprised by that a bit since it's a newer game, does have some new dlc coming out for it soon though but still.

Pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3. Got the Ultimate Edition so I get to play it 4 days earlier, plus you get 6 months of cars, plus 3-4 packs of additional cars at launch. Cost $129 though. First game I've pre-ordered in 10+ years I think.

Only problem is - I don't know where to find it. I'm guessing it'll pop up in the Xbox App. It's not there atm though.

Remembered to look into where (which HDD) it saves the games as well... you have to change it via Settings in Windows, rather than from the Xbox App (like you'd do in Steam etc).

Now to wait until the 22nd.

Yeah Forza Horizon 3 looks cool.

Tropico 4 is free from Humble bundle for just over a day left. You have to activate it on steam within 7 days though or the key will expire.

The game does have a launcher which wants a Kalyspo account to continue I used this guide to skip it and not need to create an account to play the game.

Its available now, I think I will DL it now managed to run the Wild Run beta somewhat playable for my standards at least providing I stayed away from the cities.

Its a 21gb download for me.

i'm absolutely hooked on wasteland 2 again, just like the first time i played it.  have now entered the second map, the difficulty has massively ramped up, getting challenged all the time now.

Great to hear Graph .  That switch to the second map goes well - you think you're "in the zone", and then it's  "bam, the dogs out here make the ones back in Arizona look like cuddly puppies!"  Taking a brief break from Wasteland 2 to give HoI4's new patch a shake, but will be back to getting pwned in LA before too long .

Gotta love games you can go back to and get hooked on as well .

Played quite a few hours of Forza Horizon 3 now - it is awesome I'll admit. Couple things though, it's quite demanding but I'd say that's got to do with (not so great) optimisation. I'm playing on high settings (which is not max) and never have a solid 60FPS. You'll need a really solid rig to play at 60FPS at anything higher than 1440p. Would also like to have shifter support as well. Other than that, it's bloody top arcade fun - Burnout Paradise eat your heart out - Australia looks bloody incredible.

Would be great to have a few friends online.

Also - there's some sort of spinner bonus you get after events... the 'first' spinner in the game I got 999,999,999 credits which is basically the max (can't go further). Shame really - took out the challenge. Bought all the most expensive cars though and haven't even put a good dent into it.

That "get everything you want" spinner sounds not-entirely-thought-through by the devs!  Great to hear it's going well .  Sorry I'm not up to joining you, it sounds like a blast (and cruising Australia is something I'd really enjoy).  Be sure to post a screenie or two if easy .
