I've been meaning to spend a bit more time on Sims 4 but going back from the open world setup seemed like a major step back to me.
Been really enjoying the Division, I like that compared to Destiny your able to matchmake everything. It's a nice change to not have zombies or anything in a modern setting too.
Yeah they took some steps back and some steps forward. I don't feel any urge to leave the house in 4 either, the community areas just feel empty and such with less people around.
I played
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier (PS3) wasn't too bad. Had its moments felt sometimes even after restarts some areas were just impossible to ghost through, but on the areas I did manage to do it, it felt good. Found it a bit difficult to know what would get detected and what wouldn't, had moments wondering how I was detected and also times wondering how I managed to get away not detected. Sync shot was a cool addition really felt good to use and pull off.
The friendly A.I. I didn't find to great. They stayed undetected which is good but once engaged I didn't find them all that useful. They didn't really draw fire as much as you would expect 75% of the squad. Its pretty obvious the enemy know they only have to kill you. Also didn't find them that good at killing compared to you either maybe it was just the elite difficulty that made them ineffective.
Also played
Killzone 3(PS3) wasn't too bad either, only real complaint is how sponger the enemies could be on the easiest difficulty. Other then that enjoyed the varied environments that "forest" level was gross and creepy. Rico carries over from 2 and being useless and killing anyone and only good for reviving you. Enjoyed the vehicle levels mixing things up as from on foot as well, final level reminded me of the similar level from 1.
