I stayed up till about 3am playing Uncharted 4 when it launched (I'd switched to the digital edition

). Was playing UC2 from the remastered collection before that and at first I didn't notice much difference in the graphics between the two games but then the scope in everything, the details and all the little reflections on the surfaces was just mindblowing as the game opened up.
I was really, really annoyed later that night though when the main TV for my PS4 got replaced with a bigger one (which was a nice gesture) but the colours were just all wrong

. All the textures somehow looked much flatter, the colours dull and dark and nowhere near as good as even the UC Collection. It wasn't doing Uncharted 4 any justice, even after I tried tweaking the settings both in-game and from the TV.... Thankfully, I managed to fix it hours later through my frustrations and all was well again

.
I've been enjoying the story a bit more and more as I'm progressing through the game and questioning the motives of different people. The character dialogue and acting is really good and I'm loving the stealth mechanics and gameplay too. Been playing the game like a faster version of TLoU when I can be sneaky around enemies, except I don't have to worry about my footseps getting heard or being overpowered by monsters (yet?) if I get caught
