Started to watch BSG again... bit by bit though, not doing the marathon -  such a top bloody show.

I'm still mixed on the ending though.

Yeah but I'm mixed on all endings of every tv series... even Breaking Bad I wasn't 100% satisfied. Both shows have really great writers. I'm trying not to watch more than one episode at a time but finding that bloody difficult.

Just finished watching the first season of Marco Polo. Pretty damn good. Plus some awesome Kung Fu fights. Can't go wrong there. Also, noticed some Aussie accents.

Cheers for the tip Aro, saw a kind of trailer/dev diary (or whatever they call dev diaries in the TV business) for that and it looked pretty interesting, will have to check it out :).

Just finished watching Akame ga Kill!, I enjoyed it had good action and some laughs, though it stayed more serious throughout the last few episodes compared to the start. The last few episodes were quite enjoyable from an action stand point though the battles were nice to watch.

Spoiler

Also finished both seasons of Love Live! School Idol Project a bit back it was fun and enjoyable to watch.

Expanding a tiny bit more on Love Live! School Idol Project I think I enjoyed it so much since it was apart from a few moments always good fun. I liked all the μ's members even enjoyed the songs, just a good happy show.

I finished up Myself; Yourself last night came across looking under the comedy tag on crunchyroll. Overall thoughts it was good, just felt the ending was maybe a bit rushed.

I'll put this in spoilers just in case, doesn't spoil anything specific just a general overview of the theme of the series.
Spoiler

This spoiler will contain stuff about the ending.
Spoiler

While watching Myself; Yourself after each ep I would read some of the comments and school days kept popping up, saying they hope it doesn't go down its path, it grew me curious enough to go read the synopsis for the eps of it and, that is something, yeah can easily say that would not have been for me, so glad I did not decide to watch it to find out what all the fuss was about.

Quite enjoyed my foray into anime so far before kill la kill I only watched DBZ, pokemon, beyblade and that stuff way back in primary school so a fair while ago.Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun my favourite so far those laughs per episode throughout the series puts it on top for me for watching enjoyability but all 6 that I've watched/ing have been good in that I've wanted to continue on watching and not not felt obliged to as I have with some series just to "see it out".

Nice one Spec :).  I don't think I've watched any anime ever (well, possible exception would be the Robotech/Macross cartoons a long time ago as a kid, not sure if they qualify), will have to give those two a look at some stage :).

If you would like some recommendations.

They count. Though Robotech was a western re-edit of the first 3 Macross shows.

^I was horrified enough just reading it.

If there's others on crunchyroll that are similar to what I've watched recommend away.

@ Straussy - you still watching Fargo by any chance? Just wondering how it's coming along. Is it very similar to the movie? Pretty sure it was you that said you were watching it.

Yeah I watched seasons 1 and 2. I enjoyed it thoroughly mainly due to the performances of Martin Freeman and Billy Bob :)

Without spoiling the story - yes there are some similarities to the original movie, but not enough to ruin any enjoyment watching the story unfold in the tv series.
