I bought the saddlebags last night but should have bought them earlier, the merchant in the first town should have a set Jyks.

Yeah - it's the one with that first pub you go to (from memory). The merchant that sells them is near the little fort/tower/bridge/river.

If you activate the Temerian Armour DLC pack that's who you buy it off too.

Yeah right - didn't know about that.

I have been discussing some decisions and consequences in the game with Akyra over at WpR and we chose different ways to tackle one mission and had a drastically different turn of events in our games, there is at least one other mission we finished differently and we are yet to see the consequences, it is a very well made game.

I've only just gotten the griffin mission but I've done practically everything else I could in that area from what I could see.

More might unlock after the griffon. Also keep an eye out for treasure maps with the merchants.

I've gotten to the part where I can lay the trap (so to speak) - but I decided to hang up the controller for the night. Will return to it and find the rest of the treasures - I've definitely found 2 or 3 of them in that area... then I guess I'll continue on that quest.

Bloody good times.

Tell you what, reading this thread is testing my 'be patient' approach to it, game sounds bloody awesome :).  I've been waiting for an RPG where the sidequests weren't just the usual, and it sounds like CDPR have been the ones to really hit it out of the park.

That looks very cool B).  I always thought it was good for open-world RPGs to have more story put into them (Skyrim was a prime contender for a quality story DLC pack, although story isn't really what Bethesda focus on).  This amount of content'll keep us going until CDPR's next game!

In answer to discussions/criticism they're also looking at working on tweaking stuff to do with Triss which I'm really happy with myself. They really are providing above and beyond great support for the game CDPR.
