Saw this game in the PS4 store, thought it looked interesting so double checked the XBOX One store and noticed it was a lot cheaper. Before buying i decided to do a bit of research and when i made up my mind i wanted it, i logged back into the xbox store and it was double the price!!! pricks aren't getting my money now

It's a very good game, and I haven't read anywhere it was cheaper on XB1, so it might have been a tech error, rather than anything.  May also be MS' fault rather than Ubisoft's (although you never know).  It's not terribly expensive either, by all means don't get it, but not sure that's the best reason not to play it .

Yeah - you'll definitely get your worth out of it, particularly if you buy it on the XB1. A lot of the best community track makers are on there and there's a heap of awesome (bonus) tracks already.

Yeah I'll probably still get it. just devastated i missed out on it at half price! must have been a glitch, but still, should have taken advantage of it.

So XB1 is the version to get? there identical price now on both systems

Yeah, I'd get it on XB1 simply because I know all the good track makers from Evo on 360 have gone XB1. There's fuck all on PS4 in Track Central (where you get user created tracks). As I've said before, I still play Evo (which was released a few years ago) from time to time, simply because of the track building community... they make some epic tracks, some of them even better than the actual dev, hence why they end up working for RedLynx.

Flock, that's so rubbish.  Any chance it's saved in the cloud somewhere?  Probably a slim chance, but just mentioning, just in case, I know you'd put a stack of work into it.  Feel free to rage here if it helps, it's definitely a rage-worthy moment!

That blows GC, and big chunks.   I remember losing about 20 hours of work on a Skate 3 track with a similar issue, not cool.

Nah - no backups unfortunately. Didn't use the cloud feature. Have to start the whole game again to unlock all the bikes as well. Ridiculous. More pissed about the track I was building, had spent too much time on it and it's all just been a waste of f'ing time.

That sucks! Maybe turn on the cloud saving? Might help in future.

You bet I will. Unlocked the Viper which was all I wanted to do as that is my primary bike for testing so time to start building all over again. lol

Good luck .  If in doubt, maybe back-up to a USB stick as well? (Not sure if this is possible, but would expect it to be).

Doubt I'll be going to the extremes again, took so much building and testing to get what I had right before. Will be going a more simple and quick build this time. When all the DLC is out I might tackle a more complex one again - I guess, depending on motivation.

Finally - a ripper user created track called Mare Crisium by HES92. There's one called Black Dahlia by him as well which is awesome too.

Thanks for the tip Clowny, planning to get back into Trials this weekend, will give it a gander .

You should give the editor a run... it is time consuming though (particularly if you're a noob and have to learn) and demands a lot of attention to get a good looking track up and running. Still though - I reckon it beats playing any game, I personally get more satisfaction out of building things, tends to present more of an interesting and creative challenge and the closest I'd ever get to building my own game (which we'd all love to do).
