Hi all,

*AUS* is a multi-division competitive PC gaming clan founded back in 2000, with the Battlefield division created in 2002. *AUS* is traditionally a larger format clan, competing strongly in the 10v10, 12v12 and 16v16 ladders across the Battlefield releases, previously competed in the Gamearena 8v8 Rush and 16v16 Conquest ladders. However we are currently competing in the 5v5 and 10v10 Conquest Cybergamer ladders.

*AUS* is proudly unsponsored, focusing mainly on the social side of the Battlefield community. While we do compete vigorously in Ladders, we put an emphasis on fun by hosting in-house competitions and regular pubbing in our TS channel in Battlefield and other PC games. We also have development and training teams for those who are new to battlefield and the clan life.

how's BF4 going competitively compared to BF3 (i haven't played comp on BF since 3) ?

Funny you say that as I wasnt around during BF3 (gave that a miss as RL got in the way), but from what i heard it had a lot of interest initally but slowly died down into smaller ladders as players went awol. The main comp we play in is cybergamer 10v10 and there are around 40 clans involved atm so fingers crossed we can get a few seasons out of bf4.

i only played BF3 on console & yeah it really struggled.  tons of interest early on like you said, but there was no private lobby support for aaaages after release, & then only if you paid a fee to use the private lobbies (which people abused).  combine that with the 30fps & controller input lag & it didn't get the legs on console it deserved.
