I still prefer the PC. Nothing beyond shadowfall made me really want a ps4, maybe destiny...

Gaming has become more social for me as of late. Prefer playing games with a good bunch of people, even if the said game sucks. Whereas with the PC, i may be playing the "best" version, but it gets boring if there is no one to play it with. Catch my drift?

Anyway, the topic can resume in 3...2...1!

Haha, hop to it Clowny, not long until DA:I comes out ;).  That said, Bioware's releases tend to have a bug or two on release, I usually grab them a few months afterwards, just to be sure.

Review scores coming in and it's doing very well, currently got a metacritic of 89, great to see Bioware are back on form :D.  Oh, and it sounds like it's a long game Clowny, this'll keep you going until PS5 B).

Yeah looks like 90 hours+ just for the SP, and add some dungeon crawling co-op hours and its looking like a top value game.

lol - the way I'm going these days, it'll keep me going until PS6. Good enough reviews that I've read so will nab a copy. AC got some average reviews, just gotta wait for FC4 now and see if that flops as well.

Aye, I reckon this might be a great January/February game, and then Witcher 3 picks up once it's done :D.

Haha, I didn't phrase that as carefully as I should ;).  On the by, I agree Graph - I suspect that I might get Witcher 3 a month or two after launch, rather than straight away.  Great that after the usual lull you get at the start of a new generation that RPGs are coming back thick and fast :D.

No worries - I'll charge up the mic just in case. Don't think it's a Fitzy type game, dare say he'd prefer a shooter over a 100hr RPG.

Moved us over here GC :)

I think Fitzy is busy smashing iron banner in Destiny anyway.

I would have gotten Destiny if I'd had more time to commit to it. Everyone would have been level 30 and I would have been level 10 (as an example) which just wouldn't have worked so I'm glad I skipped on it for that reason alone.

The difficulty scaling in this game feels really arbitrary. One area will have a whole bunch of quests that are correctly leveled and then there will be one, that's no different to the others, except it will be ridiculously hard. And you go away and level, come back and it's still ridiculously hard. For no reason!

Also I've started to notice more and more bugs. Some audio other graphical. Most common is button prompts not appearing and convo selection arrow not appearing. Oh and it crashed once.

Origins was similar in that regard... some areas you'd be brutally punished, others wouldn't be as tough going. But I still eventually got through... it's just a matter of remembering to use potions and healers etc at the right times. Some of the easier early stuff you didn't even need to use it, thus you forget to. The dragons were always brutal... basically left with no items in the inventory after those fights... and if you have nothing in the sack, you're fucked.
