Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will be have a much greater emphasis on sea travel with a 60/40 balance between land and naval exploration and will be the first time the series will be without Desmand Miles. Assassin's Creed IV will also open up much sooner than its predecessor and look to impose less restriction on the player.

Battlefield 4 is the latest imposing first-person, military shooter from Electronic Arts and DICE Studios. Well-known for its grand-scale destructible environments and vehicular warfare in Multiplayer combat, Battlefield 4 continues the tradition of the venerable Battlefield Series with more naval warfare, greater weapon and character customisation and massively increased performance with the next-gen Frostbite 3 Engine.
The all-new Frostbite 3 technology is set to deliver stunning high fidelity visuals and audio with superior character animations and dynamic environments in the game. Added to this is the brand new and advanced 'Levolution' system where your actions can physically change the battlefield in real-time; whether it is reducing a whole skyscraper to rubble or simply shooting fire extinguishers to distract your enemies, all of these will provide an incredibly immersive and dynamic game environments that react to your every move. Blacklight: Retribution is the online, free-to-play sequel to the popular Blacklight: Tango Down on consoles. Just like its predecessor, Blacklight: Retribution is a solid, fast-paced and futuristic shooter that lets you build out your character and style and battle other players online using the latest in military technology.
Customise your game experience by changing your loadouts and every part of your weapon from magazines, scopes, barrels, and receivers to build your weapon of choice. Make your character appear unique and special from the armour they wear to the taunts performed for your enemies. Created by the developers of the definitive Modern Warfare Series, Call of Duty: Ghosts begins a brand new chapter of fast-paced shooting action to the ever-popular Call of Duty Universe. The new, next-gen engine for Call of Duty: Ghosts will bring stunning levels of immersion, performance and better visuals and lighting to the game; all the while maintaining the speed and fluidity of 60 frames per second across all platforms.
Featuring a completely new setting, narrative and characters in its Single Player Campaign, the Call of Duty: Ghosts story was written by the Oscar-winning writer, Stephen Gaghan, and also includes the addition of a military-trained dog called Riley to the squad. DC Universe Online is a massively multiplayer online action game that lets you play alongside your favourite superheroes and villains from the DC comic books and universe. From the beginning, players will be able to create their own custom DC-style hero or villain with a unique look and combination of superpowers and then embark on a heroic or villainous, story-driven journey penned by famous DC writers including Geoff Johns and Marv Wolfman.
DC Universe Online has been built on a state of the art physics engine, which features a visceral combat system where the player controls every blow their hero or villain strikes, delivering a level of action unparalleled in the MMO segment. As players travel and explore the immense DC Universe, they can come across iconic locations such as Gotham City, Metropolis, Arkham Asylum and the Justice League of America Watchtower, which have all been created in the the artistic vision of legendary comic book artist Jim Lee.
The popular MMO is already established and successful in its own right on the PlayStation 3 and PC platforms as a huge free-to-play action title. From the makers of Mortal Kombat, NetherRealm bring you Injustice: Gods Among Us. Hereos and Villains from the DC universe face off against each other as the lines between good and evil are blurred and Superman's regime takes on Batman's rebellion.
Characters include DC Comics icons such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and The Joker each with their own unique powers and moveset. With battles set in locations pulled from DC comic lore where the world is a weapon and each arena has destructible and interactive environments. Each arena is multi-tiered with vehicles, buildings and more able to be used as weapons.
The Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition will include the original Injustice: Gods Among Us game along with all downloadable content (DLC) released so far in all in a single value bundle. The PlayStation 4 version of the game has been remastered for next-gen by the developers at High Voltage and will feature Touchpad functionality, video sharing and streaming, and also link to players' PlayStation Network Feed page during match wrap-ups and pause menus.
Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is available at PS4's launch and is a part of the PS3-PS4 game upgrade program.
Killzone: Shadow Fall

Killzone: Shadow Fall takes place 30 years after the events from Killzone 3. For the three decades that have passed from Killzone 3, Vektan and Helghast have lived side by side, separated by an enormous security wall. Set on Vekta, the lush, Eden-like planet from the first game, the cold war between the 2 factions is about to go hot. It's up to Lucas Kellan, a member of the ISA's Special Forces unit known as the Shadow Marshals, to try to protect the fragile peace that exists.
Killzone: Shadow Fall features both new and returning guns along with the OWL, and an advanced hovering done that can help aid the player in both attack and support.
Killzone: Shadow Fall's multiplayer will be 1080p/60fps and have up to 24 players with their drones taking place at once. Future DLC multiplayer maps will be available free to everyone.

Knack

Knack is a visually stunning 3D action platformer developed by Sony Studios Japan in collaboration with famed game designer Mark Cerny. The story follows as a talented scientist discovers a way to bind relics together and give them life in a bid for humanity to finally win the fight against the goblin war. With this, Knack is born; a small creature standing at a mere three feet tall whose body size and state can be changed by adding or removing powerful artefacts found in the world around him. As more artefacts are absorbed into his body, Knack can become a powerful brute the size of the building, return to his original diminutive size to pass through small passage ways and doors, or even turn invisible to subvert enemy security systems as he battles his way to beat the goblins and end the war.
The gameplay is deceptively challenging but Knack still looks to be one an enjoyable and family-friendly game reminiscent of many simple and old school platformers in generations past.
Knack also supports local co-op.

Need for Speed: Rivals

The next entry into the long running Need for Speed series looks to highlight and capture the street's ultimate rivalry cops vs Racers all in a stunning open road environment, Redview County.
Need for Speed: Rivals will allow players to play as either a Cop or Racer, each with their own set of challenges, rewards and consequences.
- Racers aim to evade cops to gain speed points, enabling them to unlock new cars and items. Do you cash in your points early or keep raising the stakes risking them all if you get busted.
- Cops work together as part of a team, rising in the ranks with every bust. Higher ranks unlock new police-only cars and more pursuit tech.
AllDrive is the NFS series new online system allowing players to seamlessly transition between playing alone to with friends. Autolog returns to keep track of, and compare stats and also challenge anytime, anywhere both friends and rivals alike.

Similar to the Super StarDust games RESOGUN is set from the side-scroller perspective.
Featuring 3 ships the FEROX, NEMESIS and the PHOBOS each with their own strengths and weaknesses. All of the ships really come into their own in the co-op multiplayer mode where you can use different combinations of ships to play with a lot of style.

War Thunder

War Thunder is a flight action/sim game (there are three modes, one that is accessible and focuses on the action, one that straddles action and sim, and one that locks you into the cockpit view with realistic settings) set in the World War 2 and Korean War era. While the game is launching with only flight (and air-to-ground vs AI) combat, it will be expanding to include tank combat before the end of 2013, and is aiming to include naval combat at some stage in 2014.
The game has a range of options, including PvP-experiences set in full-scale combat missions, with multiple settings options that allow advanced virtual pilots and beginners to enjoy playing the game together, as well as rich PvE content, such as dynamic campaigns, solo missions, mission editor, and much more for single-player and cooperative gameplay.
War Thunder began its open beta on PC around a year ago, and has since passed over 5 million registered players. The game will feature, cross-platform competitive and cooperative play with people playing the PC version.

Warframe

Warframe is a graphically rich and free-to-play third-person shooter that situates players as members of the Tenno race, newly awoken after years of cryo-sleep into a solar system at war. As warriors of blade and gun and masters of Warframe, the Tenno have been called upon by Lotus in the war against the Grineer, who are spreading their vast armies all across the Solar System.
The Warframe is an exo-armour that uses unique combative technology to create the ultimate weaponry. There are many different types of Warframes, and each come with a special and mysterious set of abilities that require dedicated use to master. Some will enable players manipulate living and dead enemies, some will allow players to control anti-matter to fuel their own abilities while others can create deadly traps or use ember attacks to effectively damage light-armoured foes and more. Players will be able to raid the Solar System in search for ancient artefacts and resources to increase Warframe abilities and craft new weapons and Warframes as they build up their arsenal to defeat the massive Grineer army.
Warframe offers intense, co-op focused action for up to four players fight in epic PVE enemy and boss battles, and also caters for those who wish to fight alone. Warframe on the PlayStation 4 will also feature Cross-Platform Play with the PC.
Warframe is available at the PS4's launch and will be Free-to-Play.
