Our server ran out of memory this afternoon, and the standard reboot process didn't work quite as well as we'd hoped, so we were offline for a few hours,  We'll deffo try and make sure it's not a regular occurence!  Thanks for bearing with us .

When else have you seen it go down?  Deffo let us know - yesterday was the first time I'd noticed since the crash in October.  I felt the site was 'slow' over the weekend though, but it seems a bit zippier today.  Maybe it needs a good reboot every few months?

site hasn't gone offline once since we moved providers (apart from last night obviously).

at one point we had 123 people online, & then it sat around 90 for a few hours & then down to a steady 50-70 until she just couldn't take it any more.

sure the host failed, but it took the crap for a couple of days & only did it due to us going on N4G.  it did pretty good really.

Yeah in my time here I have only noticed crash twice, Oct and now.

Sorry guys, got a flu and not around as much as I'd like.  Although I have no doubt I still crashed it .  Just checked our site stats - we didn't get a rush of traffic, so that may have been an issue at Web24's end.

Haha, trust me, I wish I didn't need to think about it .  No idea what happened this time, we should have been fine for resources, our admin panel said the server was up, but there was no way to get to the site or the WHM panel (the actual server control bit).  Put in a support ticket and seemed to do the trick, hopefully this all works itself out, or I might have to try and fix it, in which case I could break the site real good .
