There's a bunch of games we could potentially run community nights in (if I've missed any, post away and I'll add 'em into the poll) - vote for the one you want, and post if you want it run at a different time .  Note it's a multi-choice poll, so post for as many games as you'd like to play - I can still only reliably set one up each week, but it'll be a good guide to others if they're interested in running anything .  At this stage this is only for PS3, but again we can do other platforms and games if peeps are keen .

Surprising as it may sound, a few peeps have asked why we weren't running KZ3 nights.  I personally didn't mind KZ3 - I didn't like it as much as KZ2, but I still liked it more than most other shooters.

Sometimes you cant force community nights. atm everyone is playing different games - not that it is a bad thing, but yo gotta wait till something draws everyone together

Aye, totally - we'll only do something if enough peeps are keen (although I guess we only need two people for a PSHome Chess community night, lol) - we've got six votes for KZ2 so far though - I'd say around 10 votes for something makes it worth holding, less than and we'll wait for a while, but thought we should ask the question.

Oh aye - it's not on the list because it's already happening .

@ TP - that was me .  Still reckon it's a great game, so hope we get something like it again (preferably with a smoother launch, lol) next gen.

@ Drags - indeed it is .  Will leave the poll open another week or so, but my money would be on us returning to Return to Helghan soon .

Killzone 3 was a lighting engine demo by Guerrilla Games in Feb 2011 often mistaken as a full game.  Whilst the demo displayed a much superior physics and lighting engine than its predecessor, as a demo it lacked the full multi-player feature set of Killzone 2 and failed to capture the interest of the PS3 gaming community.  Many gamers complained at having to pay full price for a demo, yet Id Software followed the same trend in October of 2011, with a costly demo of the Tech 5 engine ironically called Rage.

The only other game that is missing of this list is Bc2 id say throw that in the next vote.

BC2's private rooms were rubbish - heaps of drop outs and sometimes would just close down on you.  It's a great game, but doesn't have what it takes to run good community nights (we had a crack at a few, but they were a right pain in the arse).

with how little players are in games are can just join on one another jumped on before to have a look found a lobby of 6

That's doable, if a little finickity (we tried that as well - it worked great until we had 12 or so in a lobby, then it'd fill up really quickly and no-one else could join, at least easily) - not sure it'd be enough to knock KZ2 off the list for this poll though.  Will remember to put it in the next poll .
