Watched the first Season last afternoon/night.

Was good, like the 2 eps where they showed the end then how it built up to it they were done well.
It seems very well-rounded, i can see if it continues like this why it got all that praise.

Think I'll let the 5eps a week record then watch them in one go on the weekends.

Finished Season 2 today.

Good, really good.

Had a few slower eps though to be expected with it getting an extra 5 eps over season 1. Still it managed to avoid the feeling that 'this ep' is a season filler, which a few shows I'm watching now don't managed to do at all(Walking Dead, The 100) and have eps  that you go, "that could've been condensed to 10 minutes", so that really adds to Breaking Bad's quality for me that no eps like that have popped up.

I think the thing I love most is its anticipation building through flash forwards and just the normal telling of events. I feel they use the flash forwards so well to get you wondering how it builds up to that and what happens and without over using it. Seeing how the season ending fell into place, and seeing how the previous events and actions caused it to happen was cool.

So far I'm liking Hank the best as a character, he's not how I would've guessed he would be at first glance.
I would've guessed he would be the hard ass brother in law that would rib on Walt all the time and not be such a family man you know your typical cop brother in law that shows like to do.
Interesting to see that Walt is taking to the lifestyle easier than Jesse as well.

Now to wait 2 and a bit weeks till I can watch all of Season 3 over a few days, with all the intrigue the show presents I don't want to have to wait in between eps.

You'll find it's like that right to the very end. Some great writing throughout. It does fall a little flat, maybe two or three episodes through the entire season (in comparison to the high quality of the rest of them) but otherwise, solid as. Good to hear you're enjoying it.

Finished season 3.

Those first 9 eps for me were so interesting and just packed with intrigue to see what happens, just all great.
Then episode 10: Fly appeared and yeah don't know if I missed the point of it or it is one of those few eps you mentioned falling flat but it would be the first episode that has just had me going why is this taking so long.

The last few eps were good building up to the end being which was triggered by something the season before, I liked that, shows how everything pieces together and that ending its just the kinda show that I'm not entirely certain which way its gone.

The fly was symbolic of what Walt is going through in his life. It could also be seen as a metaphor concerning the big decision Walt made in an earlier episode and his struggle with it.

^Not surprised I missed it always miss things like that.

Felt this season wasn't as face paced as season 3 in terms of things happening per episode more I guess slow build up to the big conclusion that had been building over the past few seasons. Plus this is the first season where I didn't feel there was a half way point like the other seasons, the whole season fell together as one overarching storyline.
Saul is good have enjoyed his addition to the show, hope he sticks around.

Spoilers for Season 4
Spoiler

Still maintained its quality for me, no clue what going to happen in season 5, I guess a few eps to deal with the aftermath then no clue.

Finished the rest of the Series off on the weekend.
Had a bit of a shock at the end of season 5 when it went from s5 e8 to s6 sp1, thought Foxtel missed half a season, but as it turns out they spilt the season. That wait would've sucked.

Good series can see why its so highly rated. For me I think two things made it enjoyable.
1. Its ability to make me want to watch the next episode straight away so often not only because of how the episode ended but also because it wasn't so predictable that I could guess with certainty what would happen next.
2. The characters and how they were wrote, they all felt real to me and not like they were put there ot written to fulfil a certain stereotype or cliche.

Glad I watched really apart from one ep(The Fly) was thoroughly enjoyed throughout.

Spoilers for the series.

^I watched the first season, it was back when I was at the mercy of time TV schedules so was hard to keep up with anything that was heavily story related miss a few eps or just not notice when a season starts and I'd just drop out.

I do enjoy sci-fi, like stargate alot, don't have the time problems with Foxtel now but still constricted by what they show. Maybe one day I will get good enough internet for me to be comfortable to pay for a streaming service.
