@ axe/dragon: i think i sunk 20 to 40 hours into demons souls, not sure.  it just got so repetitive & as i said the only challenge i found was leveling up before taking on bosses i was unprepared for (bosses who were pretty well all the same to fight; dodge, dodge, strike, dodge, strike, repeat).

Yeah, don't worry - I didn't find it hard either. I only died once in Demon's Souls in the 30-40 hrs I played it but that was at the start and I bumped into 2 dragons that burnt me to a cinder. lol As Graph said, all you have to do is level up and then it's easy - I had ranged attacks (bow and magic) as well so I was just dropping dudes from afar. Basic stuff. I enjoyed it however - but I'm yet to go back and finish it. Will definitely have to start again as it's been way too long - I got an import copy before it was released in Australia.

Nah, it wasn't the dragon on the bridge, it was the ones sitting on the cliff edge above a grass area - I went to observe and loot but was too far in before it turned around and burnt me to a crisp. Went and got my souls back though - I just didn't know they did that - I was trying to be sneaky as well. haha. I killed a dragon on a bridge though, pretty sure it was the red one.

I can't remember what colour they were, could have been blue... it was so long ago - years ago in fact. haha. But yeah, that's how I killed the red dragon on the bridge (with arrows) - took a while though but pinch of piss to defeat.

Fun fact in demon's souls you can not kill the blue dragon  till you fight it as a mini boss before the false king so there is no way you would have killed it at the start :P Also I still have both games so if you want a hand let me know.

So finished demons a couple days ago, just PVPing and trophy finishing now.

A little on the easy side imo, though that could be all that asian pvp/ng+7 back on dark souls lol. I was all ready for an ass kicking since all the people i knew that played this said it was harder than ds but nope, easy. Was hard at first getting back into a souls game after a while but it all came back. Only boss to actually beat me was the gargoyles, oops i mean maneater since i was poorly equipped to take them on.

Deffo recommend giving this a try you ps+ people.

In total, roughly 8 deaths. Most being the gargoyles.. One rather depressing death thanks to targeting a storm beast over the skele in front of me resulting in cliff diving haha. Think i killed the last boss at like level 55ish.

Unlike my trophy playthrough, ive got about 40+ odd deaths since im trying to do the whole pure black stuff haha.

Not even, i was beyond shocked how easy materials came about compared to Dark souls where you did have to farm for them. I've only hard to farm for 1 purestone (Blade) the rest came from either bosses or the lizards
