New on PlayStation Store: Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5, NBA Live 16, more
Plus, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection demo and Hardware: Rivals beta

First and foremost, apologies for the slight delay in delivering your Store update this week. Normal Tuesday service should resume next week.

Thanks for the update, all-knowing Spec .  Not a bad haul this week, I wonder if Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 will be able to rekindle the magic?  The one that has my eye is Nobunaga's ambition - one of those 'old person' strategy titles .

Tony Hawk 5 has not rekindled the magic. Been reading around that it's glitchy and buggy and such. Favourite theory around as to why this is, is that Activisions license for it runs out at the end of the year so they got something out before then for one final cash grab.

It is a shame I was a big fan of the old games, from thps2 through the ps2 games, I got off at Underground 2, I enjoyed all of them a lot and at that age didn't really mind the change in tone that the underground series took.
Never really knew American Wasteland existed until now and the PS3 games just never drew me back to it.

Oh dear, Activision, how little credibility you have..... I still reckon Bungie made a dangerous choice partnering with them for Destiny, although so far they've been alright.  Thanks for the info Spec, shame to see they were just milking the cash-cow.

Whilst I loved TH1 and TH2, I think the jump to PS2 with TH3 and TH4 made it that much better. I think I played one of them after TH4 but it started to go slowly down hill after 4 anyway (from memory) and then fell off a cliff come PS3 or when Activision ditched Neversoft... or got them doing Guitar Hero or something (memory is a little vague).

I wish they'd bring back Skate though... as much as I loved TH back in the day, Skate shat on it.

Good to see they aren't just abandoning it even though it was clearly rushed out, hopefully they will be able to get most of it fixed.

Maybe I was too harsh, too soon?  I definitely hope so (I'd rather be harsh early than the game be bad forever, although I'd rather not be harsh at all if not warranted ).  Cheers for the update All-knowing Spec .
