Yeah - they seem to be hitting the right notes with the trailer but definitely remaining optimistic after being so pumped to see Episode 1, going to the midnight session and having my childhood destroyed.

It deffo looks a lot better than Eps 1-3, that's for sure!  Trailer was very slick .  Original cast much stronger than Eps 1-3, so even if it's badly written, the cast could carry it a bit (and, all being well, it will be well written ).

I don't know - he should be like yoda as a ghost... either that or it's his son saying it but I know it sounds exactly like Luke so that remains a mystery. Would be good to see a resurrected Vader on the light side fighting alongside his son - definitely far fetched and I doubt that though.

I think that dialogue was ripped from RotJ. So at the time the tense would have been correct.

But then he says, you have that power too.. meaning I guess his son or daughter?

My father has it - with Vaders helmet.
The screen of where he's with R2 and says, I have it (most probably Luke's arm).
The part where a woman is passing on the light saber (to a boy) is probably Leia - My sister has it.
You have that power too - darkness, in other words, we don't know who the fuck it is yet... my guess it's a boy from the screen with Leia... although, she could be passing it onto Luke but it seems logical that they're passing on the family sword.

I'd put money on just a fail script moment, probably left it like that to get the internet buzzing at the slight chance vader is in it haha.

But didn't luke go all evil in the books? Will make it interesting.
