If Guillermo del Toro and Hideo Kojima are working on this, I have high hopes. Hopefullly it's as good as the first.

It's a bit week for Kojima, with his crazy boxes _and_ his Silent Hills!  Reckon this approach might be good for the series, hopefully it works out well, cheers for the info P1nk .

The audio design in the P.T. demo reminded me of Fatal Frame. For me, Fatal Frame 2 was one of the best horror games I've played. If the new S.H. is able to create the same sort of atmosphere and tension of FF, that would be amazing.

I love scary games but don't like it when I'm scared. :/ Logic 101. Still high hopes for this. Between this and Evil Within we might be seeing the return of Japanese horror.

What an incredible combo - Guillermo and Kojima. I'm kinda with you Aro - as much as I love scare, Outlast I couldn't fully enjoy as much as I tried - it was too unsettling. Particularly with a set of headphones and in the dark.

lol, I downloaded and played the demo last night and didn't even know its was the new SH.   Its a different kind of creepy to Outlast GC, and was a little confusing playing it having no idea about game.

Though, it should be kept in mind that the tease is not indicative of the actual game. (it says as much at the end of the demo). The actual game will probably be 3rd person for one.

That's madness, first Kojima and now this (possibly related, of course).  It sounds like someone at Konami is allergic to making good games!  I'm sure there's a reason, of course, and it may even be sensible, but it doesn't feel right.

You have to wonder what exactly is going on at Konami.  The good out of all of this is there's a chance Kojima will get the scope to do something completely new.
