Are we up for another?  I am if peeps are keen :).  It'll be the usual time, with the usual name (ANZ Community Night + something-or-other), but haven't had any suggestions for set-ups yet.  We could have a crack at hammering one map repeatedly (maybe three modes but only one map?), or another single-mode night (Bacon retrieval, search and destroy with longer plant times, bacon safeguard, capture and connect if we think we can cope with the intensity ;)).  Post away and we'll make it happen :).

Since I missed the last one I'm down for a bacon safeguard, no revives, maybe no turrets?

Just read the other thread, bacon safeguard with Capture and move, or capture/connect would be cool.  Capture move probably fits better.

Aye, that suggestion is tops - sorry Jyks, still got a nasty bug here, head's not going to win any awards for much.

Well I'd better get it down quickly then :)  How about:

Warzone name: ANZ Community Night - Bacon and move, FF On, no revives
Password: 747
Time: 7:30pm AEST/9:30pm NZ
Rules: Friendly fire on, no parties, no revives, Bacon safeguardon and capture and move on 'roids.
Maps: A selection of launch and DLC maps, probably 5-6 of 'em - if you have any preferences, post before about 5pm Wednesday.

I've left turrets in, as if we remove revives and turrets/airbots from the support class, it nerfs them a fair bit and leaves all the other classes as they were, but if people'd prefer turrets and airbots gone as well, just say the word :).

There was also a KZ update besides the co-op downloads.

Coincidently it is also Australian Bacon Week this week so it is a really good time to safeguard your bacon.

GG guys,  was really fun.  Was pretty tired at the end and couldn't hit a damn thing without spray and pray but working 12 days straight will do that to ya ;)

No revives definitely made it a little less hectic, woulda worked better with a bigger turnout.  Not sure where ati and others were last night.

Not sure if my story came through on the mic last night but I thought it was pretty funny,  spotted Lara and chased her for what felt like an age frantically trying to melee her but was mere inches out of reach, all the while her air drone was filling me with lead.  In the end the drone won and I died flailing my arms around like an idiot trying to stab her when I should have just shot her in the back.  FAIL

Yeah I think the no revives option will only work well for 5v5 or higher ;)

Top games last night all, was a lot of fun :).  Sorry to bail early, still not entirely well (am grumpy because am a bit knackered to get into the KZ:SF coop atm as well, and it sounds tops), but was a heap of fun :D.  What are peeps thoughts on next week?  We could do a vs, or we could organise some coop squads to try out intercept?  Or we could play WARRR THUNDEERRRR :D.

They were great games and the no revives was an excellent idea, it made spawn points even more important and the games a lot more even. I played the first game and a half with no game sounds which made it very interesting, solved the issue half way through the second game and it was much better.

We missed the end of the story when the round changed but I have passed it on, she'll be happy :D

Will have to see how we go mate, I have been knackered after work lately and haven't been able to manage anything more energetic than Trine and we are picking up a dog on Wednesday so we may be focused elsewhere :)

Maybe a night of co-op games instead for next thursday then.  Get everyone in a party chat then break off into groups, switch groups after a round or 2 etc.    Then back to MP then next week?

I have some footage from last night so I will wade through that over the weekend and produce something.
