I wasn't on comms last week, but I did hear some comm chatter about the potential of Bacon Safeguard in an epic, 15-minute tussle, and it sounded good .  So, for this Thursday, the challenge is to either keep your bacon safe, or get the other team's bacon - there's not enough bacon for both teams, so one of 'em will have to go hungry .

Rules: Friendly fire on, no parties, Bacon safeguardon 'roids.
Maps: A selection of launch and DLC maps, probably 5-6 of 'em - if you have any preferences, post before about 5pm Wednesday.

In Wellington for work Thursday - Sunday   gonna miss out on this.  I reckon it will be super fun.    Maybe a re-do at some point if its epic?

May be a little late and tired (up since 2am to watch the World Cup) - but will make an appearance

Should be a fun game mode if the teams are balanced out with even numbers.

Great games tonight everyone and a good turn out, good to see some old VVV lads make it (super n fitzy).

I recon Hasan is on the money, that mode would work great with revives off

Have close to 2 hours of footage so should have a vid up monday or tuesday

Top games all, a heap of fun .  I like the idea of turning off revives as well (you could even tinker with the time it takes to respawn as well, maybe up it to 10-15 second, but maybe just stick with turning off revives initially?)  If anyone has any prefs for next week, post away .

Could always combine the Bacon Safeguard & Capture n Move with revives off.   Would definitely make spawn points and supply crates more important, given last night we used the HART method (Hasan Ammo Resupply Technique) a lot, which was kill n revive ya teammate to give em full ammo.

Hahaha, love it - and a good thought .  I wasn't consciously using HART, I'm more of a 'natural' (I just die and get revived a lot without needing to plan ).

Straussy is probably the biggest advocate of the technique, he was making sure that i was always topped up!

lol, I just remember saying over the mic 'ahh crap running outa ammo', then I hear Hasan, 'just stand still for a sec'
