I will explain my unpunctuated tyrade Axe, it all started 2 days ago. There I was enjoying a quiet afternoon on the couch when all of a sudden I had this great idea to turn on the ol PS4 and see what everyone was up to, it was then I noticed everyone playing this Bloodbourne game. I thought to myself, why don't I give this a crack, should be a bit of fun. After waiting anxiously for an hour for the single player to load I had a sneaky rum to pass the time, turns out one would not be enough to quash the rage that would soon be burning within me.
Now I will admit knowing nothing whatsoever about this game or really anything about the dark souls games either, I now see the error of my ways, more research before purchases will be done in the future. Anyway once the single player was ready to go I eagerly began the game and no sooner had I begun I realised I was already lost, I still have no idea what the game is about, who I am, who the guy with the bandages over his eyes is, whant the hell the weird little white goblin ghosts on the ground are or where I now am. So bravely I pressed on, through the first door straight to my death, after doing this and being transported to another bizarre place several times I realised that hey maybe I can't karate chop that giant dog and maybe there is a reason I am in bizarre land, I then have a look around and find out that I am in fact correct and find some weapons.
15 minutes later and some youtube action I finally figure out how to equip said weapons, now the battle can begin. I take down giant dog with relative ease which gets my confidence soaring. Into the next area I venture to find nothing, through a set of creaky gates and around the corner I find my next enemy, a scarecrow with a giant blade and fire stick, bam I take him down, then next 2 weird guys, after this and 15 more YouTube minutes I work out how to get to the next part. Now as you can tell I have done extremely well to get to this part relatively unscathed, now the dying begins over and over, it's groundhog day with lots of blood, mainly mine. Now I wouldn't saey I'm a noob by any stretch of the imagination, however this game makes me feel like a horse that's just been born and is trying to stand, difference is that the horse succeeds.
In finishing (not the game, that will never happen) it appears that unless you have played dark souls or any other strange otherworldly games that are made to physically and mentally age you 10 years due to stress that you should not venture into this game without firstly researching this game (by reading my short story you are partly there) and secondly if you are no longer of a tender young age you should probably get a medical heart stress check to ensure you will literally survive the game. These warnings should on the cover of the game/ in the PlayStation Store. I welcome any criticism towards my personal feelings/misadventures/terrible review. Thank you for your time.
"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know My name is the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon thee." Jules Winnfield
