I figured playing on pc now will give me a head start when I get it on PS4 (I need all the help I can get ).

It's basically gonna be a recon mission to work out my play style, learn the installation locations and how to take them and give all the vehicles a good try out.

Aromaci this vid was uploaded to YT Sept 2012. I'm not sure what changes have occurred since then.

Ok so I played some tonight and pc is always so frustrating for me to play. I left all the settings on default and joined the only Aus server "Briggs". I had a ping of 13 and I'm in Newcastle NSW. The game ran well with no problems.

You start with a short tutorial and then onto a virtual battle field so you can practice for as long as you want. Then it's into the game.

Got some kills but they weren't satisfying because it was so damn stressful for me to get them. This is probably due to my gaming ability on a pc be equal to a 5 year old but also I didn't upgrade any armour or weapons so once I got scratched by a bullet I'd go down.
I played as the New Conglomerate empire and their weapons apparently have more power but also more kick in them.

Before buying weapons (if you have enough credits to buy them) you can trial them for 30 minutes to see if you like them. I'd like to check out the weapons stats and gear away from the battlefield though.

Found myself running around a bit trying to find the vehicle stations. The bases are pretty big and confusing to start with but that's all part of why I'm playing on pc first.

I'll like it a whole lot more on PS4. Keyboard and mouse just feels unnatural for me and everything on pc seems very fine & tiny lol.

Nice one Cal .  I'm like you, dislike action games with mouse/kb, so I'll wait until PS4.  Sounds pretty good though .  Not surprised it was tough early, the PC community's been at it for a while now, and it's the kind of game that kinda has to have a big learning curve.  We'll deffo have to coordinate our faction when we hit the game on PS4, find a fave on PC and I'll follow you in .

My dream team would be having the old Warhawk Aces ruling the skies and GoodGame beasting the ground game.

After my last post I played until 12 last night. My faction had a massive convoy of tanks & trucks moving from one installation to the next. I've never seen anything like it. It was spectacular moving on through the night, soldiers, tanks, trucks and aircraft everywhere

I stuck with the engineer class and repaired tanks etc. Upgraded my armour and my repair tool also.

Completely free to download and play. Just beware it is 8GB to download.

Aye, the delays are coming thick and fast.  I'm not so worried about this one, I was always going to play Killzone and War Thunder first, and hopefully BF4 as well, and they'll keep me going until January.  I feel for the peeps really hanging out for this one though.  Here's to 2014!
