Steam Controller in action
Valve show off their new controller in action. Have to say I'm not sold. I play a _lot_ of Civ V, and that implementation looks barely better when I experimented with mapping a gamepad in via xpadder, and far, far worse than a mouse/kb combo, or PS Move works (I haven't used it with Civ, but given it plenty of time with RUSE). He was also moving no faster or more accurate in the CS:GO demonstration than I am with a pad (without auto-aim), and I'm nothing special in an FPS. Based on this demonstration, I'm not particularly impressed, but maybe the demonstrator wasn't that good on the pad?
