G'day guys and girls.

I was an infrequent member of the CLANZ site so I thought I'd join up and get some gaming news, maybe make some friends and prepare for the launch of the PS4.

I've been Lone-wolfing it for a while on PS3 - Black Ops 2 (under an alt), PC - DayZ, 7 Days to Die and playing around with a Bukkit server for our family Minecraft sessions.

@ Macca101, Yeah the Mrs and me will have our PS4's on release day and the character in the centre of the sig is a MAX suite from Planetside 2.
I'm hoping Planetside 2 is the PS4's answer to Warhawk.

Hey Caltallica, great to see you about the traps .  You still in touch with many of the old QD'ers?  I've got similarly high hopes for Planetside 2, looks like it should be great.  There's also WAR THUNDER, which is a dash less sci-fi, but still has plenty of online shootin' and flying action (but just tanks and planes, no on-foot stuff).  And I'm sure there'll be one or two other games worth playing on the system .  Lookin' forward to seeing ya on PS4 .

Axe my old friend Yeah mate I still chat with hippi_killa83 regularly & still have most of them on my friends list but I regard QD as dead and buried.  I gave it a go trying to breath new life into the clan but it wasn't meant to be so I walked & by the looks of it no-one took the reigns.
Awesome to read that you know of Planetside 2, It's my top pick for the PS4

Hi GraphicX, It's awesome playing through games like Borderlands etc with the Mrs after the kids go to bed. Once she started playing Warhawk with me I knew I had to marry her

Shit you're lucky. I buy my girl Ratchet and Clank and its too hard with guns. I buy her flower and Journey and its boring. I buy Portal 2 and it doesnt have enough action. Can't win. I give up.

Ill be on Planetside 2 too so if you guys are planning some games let me know.

Hahahaha, sounds like a great criterion for marriage .  And I hear ya Macca - I had a crack at getting my other half into gaming, and while she loved Flower, that's the only success I've had.

Sorry to hear about QD, I know what you mean though, lots of the older clans have gone inactive in the last couple of years, SPT included (we still chat at the forum occasionally, and game together a bit, but it's just random stuff now).  I've still got great memories from those Starhawk nights last yea .  Will be interesting to see what happens with the PS4 with clans and the like.

I've been checking out the site and I'm really impressed. I love the easy navigation, uncluttered easy on the eyes clean look and a "Like button"... You have a like button! (how many likes am I allowed? I got excited earlier and used up my like quota? lol).

Glad you like it mate, i'm not sure what the quota is, but i can tell you the users around here are very generous, you'll get likes for pretty much anything

Welcome to GG, Caltallica . I wasn't really around during the CLANZ days, but it's great to see you fitting in so quickly and getting along with everyone already .
