It's going to be interesting to see how the VR market takes off in the next few years.
I read their comments about how they're wanting to take their product in the direction of mobile technology, rather than consoles, as they see more growth in that industry.

From what they're saying the believe that soon mobiles will plug straight into consoles, so this is where they want to head. Interesting read

I didn't actually move my head that much for the VR Insanity demo, haha. Just focused on playing the game like normal on PC but it had fairly low resolution and I didn't have my glasses on. It was nice to have only the screen right in front of my eyes though, and the Director said there'd be Full HD Rifts at that event above.

But for the actual Oculus VR one (the team who made it and showed the 1080p HD prototype), the tech demo was awesome. It was showing us through a castle with a lava king inside so I could see how amazing it could be for Skyrim or any other First-person game. Everything was seamless and in 3D when you turn your head and the visuals were really nice and good. It's probably much better with the 360 degree treadmill when you're in complete control of where you want to look too.

Glad I tried out both .

It was fairly comfortable and light to wear. Easy to take on/take off and adjust. I think it should be good for at least a few hours sitting down from the TF2 demo I played. I don't think I wore headphones for the tech demo, but I did for VR Insanity so you can opt to wear headphones over it too - bit of extra weight on the head if you like, hehe.

when you were using it live, did you feel any kinda nausea or headaches/sore eyes etc ????

Nope, not really. It didn't take too long to adjust for me, but I heard some other people say they had a little bit of motion sickness at the start of the VR Insanity demo.

I could imagine that might be one thing people face as they 'get back to reality' possibly

Nice one Live, looks awesome .  I reckon that's where the future of VR is outside of enthusiasts (unless they make it so cheap we can all buy one for $100), in dedicated centres like that.
