Hey Im Phillthy, im 28 from Tassie and have been gaming for a fair while now.

The reason Im here at GG as have been looking at joining a Australian community to read and shoot the shit about video games with like minded individuals and all the other sites I found were either too focused on competitive or made me feel like a old man with all the kids.

I have been an xbox gamer for awhile now but started playing my ps3 more a few months ago after chucking the sads with microsoft forcing Kinect down my throat and paying for live for the last few years.

I have also done the whole competitive COD thing on Cybergamer Xbox with a few mates, but we didn't really ever feel like we fitted in there being older blokes.

I am currently playing a whole bunch of stuff feel free to send us an FR.

Online im playing Battlefield 3, other than that Im just trying to finish some single player games from the massive pile of games that I never got around to finishing.

Good stuff mate - I'm sure there's at least a couple around here still playing BF3. A lot have moved on though from what I can tell.

Nice one Phillthy, welcome to the site .  Deffo get involved in any gaming convos that take you're interest, and any events or comps we run,  I know what you mean about SP games - I've got a bunch of 'em I'm working through now.  What are your fave types of games, or are you more of an all-rounder?

Yeah I am an allrounder when it comes to games, though I am partial to the shooters though. I do play COD but kinda have a love/hate relationship with it, hence the BF3.

Wicked im glad someone is loving the BF3 on here.

The PS3 version of BF3 shines compared to the xbox version, more servers are being used and the game seems just a little bit more polished.
